Through her own life journey, she saw firsthand how fear can limit potential, create enormous self-doubt, and hinder abilities to have what others have. But Shannon also knew the power of dreaming. She watched her mother constantly think beyond their current circumstances, seeking to make a difference while guided by a spiritual compass.
About Shannon Wallis
Shannon knows what it’s like to live with a poverty mindset and overcome adversity with the aspiration of knowing what true opportunity means.
In 2002, guided by that compass, Shannon embarked on a spiritual, nomadic pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago that would alter the course of her life. She recognized that life is about being of service, which reminded her of her soulful role: to lead as a messenger of hope, an agent of transformation, a guardian of the innocent, and a mother to her own “lovelies.” This is where she finds solace in knowing that leadership can and will always be led from the heart.
Today, she helps senior executives remove their inner critic, reframe their poverty mindset, and reclaim their abundant voice to reveal their full selves. This is where love and leadership coexist as compassionate champions for meaningful change. You could even say… it’s the dawn of a new kind of revival.

“I help senior executives remove their inner critic, reframe their poverty mindset, and reclaim their abundant voice so they can revive the heart of leadership.”
Shannon Wallis
Shannon’s commitment to the heart of leadership reaches far beyond the boardroom.
As part of her own career journey, Shannon has forged a path that leads to her own fulfillment as she supports causes important to her. For that reason, for the last 15 years, she has devoted up to 20% of her annual work schedule to global organizations focused on eradicating poverty through education.
She provides one-to-one coaching, leadership effectiveness, strategy execution, and leadership development programs to assist non-profits in fulfilling their mission. As Shannon’s work has shown, love and leadership coexist as compassionate champions for meaningful change.
